How fantastic is this?  

#1. A Loaf of Bread – by W. Navarre. A vignette of the scene in Les Miserables where Jean Valjean steals a loaf of bread.

I love how much detail has been packed onto a 16 x 16 plate, there’s a real sense of claustrophobia and panic – the narrowness of the streets, the ramshackle buildings. 

This is the first of (hopefully!) many scenes from the book that W. Navarre will be depicting in Lego form.
