Just in case you missed the post on the LEGO Facebook page…

Over 800,000 LEGO bricks, transformed into a Cherry Blossom Tree, measuring an amazing 4.38 metres tall, 5.42 metres long and 4.93 metres wide!

(I really wish that we had stats on weight too!)

The tree was created in the Czech Republic and shipped to LEGOLAND Japan for assembly and display.

While most of us don’t have the funds to BrickLink 800,000 LEGO bricks, the excellent Chris McVeigh has designed a very sweet (and affordable), Bonsai Cherry Blossom Tree, which you’ll find instructions for on his website here.
